Terms and conditions

A congress ticket includes the forum, beverages, lunch, evening event and congress documents. The number of participants is limited up to 500. Upon
receipt of the registration, participants will receive a confirmation of participation as well as an invoice, which will become due upon receipt. Cancellation
of registration in writing is free of charge until December 19, 2025. After this deadline the entire participation fee must be paid. If you are unable to attend
we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event for specific reason (e. g. force majeure).
